- DBDillion BoshellJul 1, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was a problem just for needing help. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t want to assist with what should’ve been a simple shipping request. I left feeling like I had done something wrong just for being there. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend anyone waste their time here.

It clearly says EVERYWHERE (website, door sign, etc) that USPS closes at 5. They locked the doors at 4:50 and refused to help anyone. THE DAY BEFORE TAX DAY!!!!! Keep in mind the employees were still there, they just didn’t want to help. Do better USPS.
