I stay in Wenonah and every time I report my packages was not deleted it will magically appear. I never had to deal with this as much as I do now. I am tired of filing complaints and nothing being done.
- LPLeigh PaschenFeb 22, 20241.0Went to post office to see why package was marked as undeliverable. They said my home is vacant. Yet mail was delivered the same day AND delivered the next day. It’s another case of postal person doing the bare minimum. USPS doesn’t believe in customer service.

- DCDominique CarrekerMar 1, 20231.0After talking the neighbor, the postal carrier for the 1600 block of 18th Street SW decided on his own to write deceased on my mail and return it to sender. The Supervisor on duty (3/1/23) stated that he said someone else wrote deceased on the mail. According to my camera, only the carrier put mail in the box and the designated pick up person took mail out.
