- ASAmy SFeb 5, 20211.0I'm actually shocked that they have any customers. Never received the initial new hire call HR told me would come. I have scheduled TWO separate 30 minute appointments with them just to never receive a call. Got the text confirmations, so I know they have the correct number. The customer service people are rude and unhelpful (kind of a "just deal with it and make a new appointment" type of attitude). Have scheduled yet another appointment for next week and alerted my HR department. Have had to refill meds out of pocket because this company can't get it's stuff together. Absolutely ridiculous.
