- LLLauretaOct 14, 20251.0Asked for help to get into the big public mail box on bottom of mail box because the lock is broken and the key they gave me isn’t working and the lady just left me a rude note underlining how to operate the key and lock box as if I haven’t used the mail box a million times. Didn’t even fix the lock or give me a new key. Just left me a rude note in my personal box. Now have to drive all the way back to the post office to have her come back out and explain to her I’m doing exactly what she told me to do on said note. I just want a new key for the box my purchased items are in!!!
