I was misinformed, misled and lied to about multiple sets of numbers. They failed to check the property and discover there was a lien on the property until after the sale. They failed to receive accurate reporting for the amounts due on the account. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, I was then forced to pay for their miscalculations and bad information. If you don't have people around you that you trust, I would not recommend you use this title company as you could end up in the same situation as me and be out almost twenty thousand dollars with a baby on the way.

The lender called and emailed twice a day for over a week requesting a simple information the title agency should have had all along. The closing agent is Linda Maidl. DO NOT USE HER.
