    I ordered a television less than 30 days before black Friday and contacted them because it was on even better sale. I contacted the chat support and Sebastien P helped me out and priced-match as per their policy. Took less than 5 minutes and its not a chat bot so i'm extremely satisfied - can't ask for better these days. Thanks Sebastien P!

    Vous avez des bons prix, mais côté service c’est pas très bien. Lorsqu’on fait une commande vous donnez une date et ensuite si on veut des nouvelles sur la livraison on doit nous-même vous courir après, pour qu’ensuite vous nous dites que la commande est en retard🤦🏽‍♀️ C’est votre responsabilité de dire aux clients que vous n’avez pas le stock ou qu’il y aura un retard. Je ne devrais pas avoir à appeler, à me présenter en magasin pour qu’on m’explique ce qui ce passe. Vos employés sont très aimables en magasin et en ligne, mais votre système devrait être revu.

    I purchased my sofa set from he Brick Outlet, Regina SK. I had a very disappointing experience with Brick Furniture. During the delivery of my sofa set, the delivery team caused damages to my home, and to make things worse, the sofa set they delivered was defective. They are now refusing to take responsibility for the damage to my home. I expected better quality and service, especially after paying for a new and undamaged product. I’ve tried to reach out for a resolution, but there has been no proper response or action taken so far. I am in communication with the Operations Supervisor, The Brick - Regina but unable to get satisfactory reply. I hope the company takes responsibility for both the damage and the defective product and improves its delivery and quality control process.

    Do not purchase from The Brick. My experience has been extremely disappointing. All of the items I purchased arrived damaged, and despite multiple attempts to get help, no one has properly addressed my concerns. I contacted the store directly, their corporate office and never received a call back. When I went to the store in person, the representative said she would “talk to someone,” but instead just stood around and didn't talk to anyone she just kept offering me $100 off to get me to leave. She told me I would see the refund within 48 hours however, it has now been over a week, and I still have not received any refund. They have repeatedly promised that a manager would call me, but no one ever does. It seems that management simply does not care about resolving customer issues. The Brick is extremely fast at getting you to sign up for Flexiti payments, but completely fails when it comes to customer service or accountability once they’ve made the sale. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, and that’s why I’m sharing my story to warn others. It saddens me to see that this seems to be a common issue and that so many customers are left feeling the same way.
