One didn't even get off her stool to greet me or help me with the process, they told me I need an account number I called virgin back myself instead of them helping me. Then when I went back they told me I needed a number to call. They didn't tell me I needed a number, and just sat there with a blank stare and kept repeating what they needed and didn't help at all. I decided to go with another provider based on this service.
