- HFHeather J FergusonNov 2, 20211.0Run for your lives if you are thinking of taking out a business mortgage from BDC. They will bleed you dry with absolutely no compassion or understanding! Your loan will cost you 80% in interest and you will be lucky to pay down 20% in principle! Not sure how that works but I am experiencing it now and those are my %’s and it seems like legalized stealing. Run!!! Go anywhere else.
