- SSsabgogNov 22, 20211.0Switched from one company that uses ADP to another one and apparently this must just be unheard of because I've been locked out of my account and not getting paystubs for three months now, and when you call their phone number on their website it basically runs you through several minutes of phone menus just to tell you they can't give out information to the employee and then hangs up on you. From talking to my employer it doesn't sound like their service is any better to them directly.
