- LCLords Customs & CoatingsJun 20, 20251.0Absolutely terrible company. ADP Canada? yea, more like ADP India. Anytime there is and issue(which is very frequent) you are transferred to a call center in India to some untrained people who are zero help and very hard to communicate with. The team pay website is trash and is severely outdated. This company has caused so many headaches, i should have canceled sooner. Beware! Seek another payroll company and save yourself the hassle.
- DCDaniella CoxJan 28, 20255.0I have to say after rotating through multiple payroll program and utilizing additional HRIS programs I am kicking myself in the butt for not going with ADP in the first place. I have highly complex shift premiums that no system could figure out but the implementation team I had with ADP sorted it all out and truly reduced my payroll time. This program is effective and can do mostly everything automatically. There are a few new hires set ups that I would like adjusted, but ADP has been open with communication on how they can improve the system. I use workforce now and we have our training programs in the system and staff truly like how it is laid out, we just completed a review cycle and it was a seamless process. The support desk staff are fantastic, if they do not know they will look into it and follow up. It may take sometime but I appreciate them taking the time get all the information. I did have issues with some staff but I addressed it with my regional rep, and I haven't had an issue since. I am not savvy with ADP, but they do have the program set up to guide you through a task. My staff and myself have liked ADP we have no pay issues not that the bugs are ironed out, and their team from sales, implementation, to help desk have been beyond fantastic. I always recommend this program especially to collogues who have 50+ staff members after dealing with 3 other payroll systems and the amount of errors and lack of resolution they had provided.

Annoying, egregious, and difficult to work with, I wish we'd never started using this nonsense.
