My toddler came in like a tiny hurricane with very strong opinions (“No scissors!”, “I want snacks!”, “Why hair?!”), and Stephanie handled it all with the patience of a saint. She was calm, kind, and somehow managed to keep a smile on her face the whole time — even when the chair became more of a jungle gym than a haircut station. By the end, my little one looked adorable, no tears were shed (well, maybe mine from laughing), and I left seriously impressed. If Stephanie can pull off a toddler haircut with that much grace, she can probably handle anything life throws her way. Highly recommend!

I have NEVER written a bad review nor had a bad experience that warranted such. However, today I had the worst experience in my life while cutting my hair. The staff that cut my hair was annoyed throughout my time in the salon. Anything I asked for, she would respond with comments where she communicated that I was being unreasonable or even stupid for making requests. For instance, i asked her if she could blend my sides more and she responded with something to the effect of “thats ur hair color thats the problem…its blended.” She also told me she was not a mind reader and that her mind reading abilities were gone last time she checked. She was aggressive with the pulling and holding of hair. Overall such a terrible experience, if it weren't for the $9 dollar haircut deal, I would have walked out and not paid a dime. Terrible terrible experience. Will never return to this location and will advise others to avoid it at all costs.
