Almost skipped this step thinking it would not be of much use but glad I didn't -- very relaxing and unique experience! Was a little too aggressive with cold tub setting. Will move it up 5 degrees next time. I did a treadmill cardio workout in the morning before my afternoon session and noticed the morning after I was not as stiff and tired as usual. So I will be back!

My husband has fibromyalgia so I thought this would be such a great way for him to decompress after a rough work week without being surrounded by people. His favorite was the massage chair and mine was the jacuzzi tub and infrared sauna. It’s a little odd getting used to knowing it’s on someone’s home property, but it all felt extremely private and very clean! We’ll likely be back soon!
