  I was very disappointed today when I went in this store. I was given some face cleanser and it was leaking out of the bottom of the bottle mind you this is a $37.00 bottle of cleanser. And I was told I could not return or exchange it without a receipt. It was a gift from my sister so no luck for me I guess I'll have to throw away almost $40.00 worth of product.... REALLY Aveda. Very very disappointing!!!! I did buy $77.00 worth of products while I was there as well . So you'd think they would have better customer appreciation.

  Although I live near Sprout which sells Aveda I drive the extra distance to go to this Aveda store. It’s like a serene spa experience every time I go in and the customer service is outstanding. I bought a face wash, used quite a bit of it and wasn’t happy. I took it back (without the receipt!) and they graciously exchanged it for a different face wash they thought would work better for me. And I LOVE it. I also went to make an online order during Black Friday but they were out of the free promotional product. I called this Aveda store and they not only honored the online promotion, but they also included a sample pack they were offering in store. So happy!
