- CKCarina KellerJun 9, 20202.0I cannot stand the wig. It's too much hair for my head. It looks like a sheepdog has taken residence on my head. I went in the have it modified. Debbie, did take a little off the bangs and a bit in the front but seemed reluctant modify it further. It was still waaay too puffy. I had a friend attempt to thin it out but the bottom line is, it's not a flattering style on me at all. I have a smaller than usual head and my natural hair is fine. My mistake is I should have waited for an appointment and looked at all the styles to make an informed choice AND understood that I could not refund or exchange it. . I do feel like I should have been given better direction on choosing a wig that would have been a better fit and texture , especially since I sent photos and measurements of myself. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to wear the wig at work until my shaved head grows out a bit. Money wasted and a lesson learned.
