Another time, I requested a Deluxe Spa pedicure and didn't receive the hot stone because they had it booked for a regular pedicure and didn't have the extra time. The final time, they added on the upcharge of gel polish to a regular nail appointment without consulting me. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
