- CCCrissyDec 7, 20245.0I first came to this Chanel store to just smell some Chanel perfumes. I was never in a place in my life to be able to afford to even walk in although I'm a huge fan of Chanel (and fashion in general). My experience here has always been fantastic. The staff have always treated me wonderfully. I guess that is also reciprocal of how they're treated by customers. We laugh and joke but overall they make my store buying experience worth it. My first time in I bought a concentrated bottle of Gardenia which has now become my favorite Chanel fragrance. I thought it would last me a lifetime because on that day I was treating myself. Christmas to be exact. I got wonderful free samples and they were delighted that it was my first time buying a Chanel product. Since then, I drive to this mall from Anacortes just to buy perfume and see them. It's been a year since I bought my FIRST purchase and I've bought 4 more perfumes since then. I see some of the reviews here and I'm sorry their experiences weren't great because mine have been met with professionalism and kindness. I've also worked in customer service my entire life so I understand both. Retail is not easy and as a customer it's OK to be kind, smile, joke around, and make your own experience nice. For the current staff, stay kind and with a sense of humor. Thank you again for making me love Chanel even more. See you soon. Xoxo
- WWWei WangDec 9, 20231.0I doubt if this store is really has any relation with CHANEL. Please read the reviews before you go. I went to this store today to get a lip stick. In stead of going to Nordstrom, I went to this store as I thought they might provide better service. But I was wrong. The sales are so unfriendly, unprofessional and snob. I waited in the line to check out. Two registers open and six or five staffs were there but only one staff was helping check out. I waited for around ten minutes. A young tall female sales with long curly hair and round frame glasses ignored me and directed went to the couple behind me to help them check out. After I complained that I was in the line before them, she rolled her eyes to me instead of apologizing. I am so disappointed at this “CHANEL” store.
