Then puts a cape on me in the chair without a neck strip. Combs my hair and starts cutting straight across. I told her I needed her to section my hair. She said she doesn't cut hair that way. What? Being in the business for 43 yrs ,I know how it's done. She complied when I told her well that's the way I get it done. Never the less ,even after I told her the right side back was longer she didn't see itand didn't even it out My stylist was Betty. I will not be going back.
