- KHK HNov 29, 20252.0After stopping here for online/store pickup on the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving I completely understand why Mac is closing stores and losing customers. The only salesperson that showed professionalism was a young lady with blonde short hair. (Sorry didn’t get her name). The two stars are for her though. The other two salespeople need a refresher in customer service and an attitude adjustment. If you don’t want to be bothered or have a stank attitude then find a job that’s not directly dealing with people. I want to thank them for giving me a good reason to not spend my money with companies that don’t appreciate it. Mac you lost a customer.

I stopped by to restock and pick up some holidays! Sydney was amazing! Friendly and answered all my questions. I let her know what things I love and she suggested some new things for me to try. I will definitely be back to see her on my next visit.
