Instead, the intake was friendly, informative, and completely pressure-free. I was clearly informed about pricing, and they checked with me before adding anything to my package. The whole experience was great: the oxygen, the massage chair, and the IV itself. When I started feeling anxious and a bit queasy, they immediately offered comfort items and gave me time to settle without rushing me. They even rechecked my vitals so I could move forward safely. Sydney was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I do think a little instruction on the massage chair would’ve been helpful, as the intensity might have contributed to my queasiness. Later, I experienced some rare but possible side effects and called to ask about them. They spoke with a manager, explained what could cause those reactions, and checked in on how I was feeling. I really appreciated that they seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing. I would absolutely return to this location for IV therapy or injections in the future.
