Saw the employee who would be doing the service arrive on shift 5 minutes after my appointment time. Wax was not turned on prior to the appointment which caused more waiting. So I’ll return home with less, short, ugly, flat hair at no cost to the stylist, just my natural ugliness. Leonna is nothing short of extraordinary!
