  No respect for people’s time- if you have an appointment it’s really just a suggestion. They are happy to move your time around to be convenient for them but have no respect if you actually arrive at the time you’re booked for. They will make you wait 35 minutes over time for their employees who aren’t doing their job in the allotted time they should. I understand that it can differ but if you reschedule someone, it should at least be respected since they had to cancel the first appointment. Don’t expect to have any understanding either- when brought up with the OWNER all she had to say was that’s just how it is. No hey I’m sorry I understand how it’s frustrating let me try to make it better. No it was met with that’s how it works which is no way to run a BUSINESS like girl I’m paying YOU for a service this isn’t charity work for me to be like omg no worries I’ll wait for as long as you need since it’s a non-profit! Hello? Why is there this entitlement when running a BUSINESS where you don’t bother to even have good communication.?! If they had been honest from the beginning and said we have to cancel today’s appt. So sorry but can we schedule you for Monday, here’s a discount for the inconvenience coming from our part. Immediate deescalation of the situation. It’s not hard- do better (disrespectfully) pls and thank you.

  I love the seasons. The staff is bubbly , massage therapist are adaptive to your needs and the location is hard to beat.

  I've been going to Seasons for a while and everyone I've been to has done an excellent job! Autumn is amazing! Super reasonably priced and they do incredible. I've had my hair cut, extensions installed and taken out, hair dyed, nails done and everything has always been near perfect. I'll always come back to Seasons. (After extension install pictured)

  What was supposed to be a fun, relaxing time turned into a disappointing experience. My sister-in-law and I decided we needed to get our hair done. She had never gotten a professional haircut so I thought it would be fun for the both of us to go! I’m not from the area so when I searched up hair salons, this one popped up. It had great reviews and looked nice inside so I booked our appointments. We got there on time but had to wait 40+ minutes! I was finally called back but my sister-in-law still had to wait another 30+ mins. Her stylist (Autumn) was finally ready for her. She had been with another client who was still there..which is no problem, but for being the OWNER of the salon, I’d think she’d have a little more professionalism and communication skills. I watched as she harshly scrubbed her hair and rushed the whole process. She didn’t throughly ask how she wanted her haircut. She just cut it. My sister wanted specific things done, like layers, framing, U-shape, etc..but all of that was thrown out the window. Instead of a blowout that she was hoping for, Autumn just curled it, assuming that’s what she wanted. Her intentions were clearly to get her out of her chair as soon as possible. She had enough time to take a video for her social media content but not cut her hair right. Cool. Overall, they weren’t good. I myself am a Licensed Cosmetologist who would never treat any client like that or make them feel unwanted in my chair. Do better.
