  Had a Swedish massage with Ruth today and it was so amazing. I hold so much tension in my shoulders, and often have a hard time relaxing into my massage, but Ruth’s hands melting my muscles like butter! Absolutely would recommend Woodhouse Spas, not only for the massage, but also for the environment that is so calming and relaxing. Excellent experience!

  Keesha was amazing. So thoughtful and attentive. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my massage. To top things off, she gave me a little gift at the end. The ambiance of the place is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

  What an amazing first time experience.. I changed into their comfy robs and went into the relax room where they gave me a glass of wine and light snacks and a heated pad that went around my neck I was able to decompress there then I was taking into a separate room to begin my massed I had the 80 minute Swedish massage and it was everything I could of wish for the pressure was right and i truly felt amazing after my massage ...my therapist was Ebony and she was fantastic... I will be back

  I had such a wonderful spa experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming. My therapist, Lindsey, was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and truly focused on my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. Lindsey’s care and expertise made this one of the best spa visits I’ve ever had. I highly recommend booking with her if you want an exceptional experience!

  This was my second visit to Woodhouse Spa in Indianapolis, and unfortunately my experience still did not meet the expectations of what should be a high-end spa experience. I brought my daughter with me, and while we were on the way there, we received a call that her facial had been canceled because the technician called in. That left her with essentially no services besides sitting in the salt room, which was very disappointing considering this was supposed to be a relaxing experience together. When we checked in, both of our flip-flops were torn, and no one even seemed to notice or acknowledge it while handing them to us. It felt like it was just considered normal, which honestly added to the overall impression that attention to detail and quality were lacking. My first visit was also disappointing. There were dirty cups left sitting in the quiet room, and the bathroom/changing area had robes and dirty shoes left scattered around. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail simply did not reflect the level of service and atmosphere you expect from a high-end spa or from other Woodhouse Spa locations I have visited. What made this even more frustrating is that after my first visit, I did voice my concerns, but they felt brushed off with little more than a simple apology. When you are paying premium prices at a spa that markets itself as a luxury experience, customers expect a much higher level of professionalism, cleanliness, organization, and customer care. I have visited multiple Woodhouse Spa locations, as well as other high-end luxury spas, and this location unfortunately fell far below those standards both times I visited. After two disappointing experiences, I will not be returning to this location, nor would I feel comfortable referring friends or family here.
