Nicole explained the entire process to my daughter, she made sure to continue checking in with her the entire time. The follow up care was great also. We’ll definitely be back for any future piercings.

She was super excited and it was for her birthday. We get to the tattoo parlor and waited 10-15 minutes while doing paperwork. We were then told that they were running behind schedule. Sent us off to get lunch. So, 45 minutes later we came back, sat in the lobby again, And I could tell that this wasn’t going to go well. They came up again telling us they were still running behind, and I told them that we could wait another 30 or 40 minutes but it sounded like it was gonna be another hour to two hours before they could get to us. She essentially said that I needed to reschedule. My daughter was in tears, but we ended up having to leave. Not sure why you would make an appointment if you’re not going to keep it. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I’m not mad. Just disappointed. So then, I get an email today from the business asking for a review so here it is.
