The spa seemed disorganized at best. We were part of a group but there was little to no communication on booking from the event cordinator. I had to call the day prior to ensure I even had an appointment with my group. When I arrived it was the little things such as no robe in my assigned locker and two left feet sandals. There were other issues also. I would not recommend this location at least.

I was disappointed today when I found that my wife and could not use two of the gift massages that I was told my wife had. I called to make appointments and was told my wife had 4 prepaid massages. The gentleman on the phone then he said there were only three. I asked if we could use two of them. He said yes.Today we were told a refund would be given to my wife’s account because the service to be provided was not available any more. We said ok. We presumed that was why there were only three massages. I was then asked if I was ready to check out. I said yes presuming it would only be for the tips I wanted to leave for the massages. I wasn’t presented a bill because the the clerk didn’t know how to handle the credit for the procedure that is no longer available. I was shocked when I received a $275 charge on my credit card. Otherwise, our massages were great.

Definitely not going back. Worst cosmetologist experience in my life. First of she had a rainy nose and was not wearing a mask so I was wondering all the time if it’s gonna drip on my face. Second, they start doing treatment without even looking at your skin!!! The room is DARK and they start putting stuff on your face without even looking at what you might need. I had a cold sore and asked her to go around it and she sure scratched it (terrible pain). “Deep cleaning” means cleaning your nose pores. All my chin black head still right were they used to be before treatment. I came out of the room with leftovers of the mask on my face and she just gave a me a cotton ball “to clean myself”. Also no cream or moisturizer after. I had to use their free sample at the register because my skin was dry and uncomfortable. Massage was good, but they forgot to do hot stones, but sure did not forget to charge me for that. Dressing rooms are full of used robes and slippers and staff don’t even look in there. Very dissatisfied and upset since it was my Xmas gift and I was excited about it.

Was excited to enjoy a deep tissue massage for 50 mins but when my mother and I got there, staff told us some quick instructions about changing room and to then get shuffled over to the "VIP" area, which all felt rushed and impersonal; no-one told us drinks were waiting on the tray in the 2nd half of th "VIP" area either so they sat there for our entire experience (we enjoyed when we finished). When it was our time to get massages, everything felt so quick and rushed, truly wasnt relaxing or personal. My lady asked if I wanted deep tissue for extra $15, I said yes, was not worth it. At the end of my experience I didnt feel any different than when I walked in. This was not my 1st Spa experience but this was my least favorite one in the past 10y. The "VIP" room was awkward that it included men & women in the same space wearing robes. I also found the snacks in there, tacky.

I'm new to SA and it was my first visit to your spa. This massage was much overdue. I did not personally book the appointment. However, with the holiday rush and time crunch, it would have been much better if I were sent a reminder to arrive at least 30 mins. prior to my appointment time. No where in all the text and emails was it recommended to arrive early in order to have the full luxury experience of your spa.
