- ZOZarabeth OrtizOct 7, 20251.0I’ve been with Salon Lofts for over five years — always paid on time, maintained my space, and never caused issues. Unfortunately, that loyalty and consistency don’t seem to mean much anymore. Communication with management has become increasingly difficult. Responses take days, and when they finally arrive, they’re vague and avoid addressing the actual questions or concerns. There’s a clear lack of accountability and follow-through. The company presents itself as supportive and community-focused, but the reality for stylists in the suites is very different. It’s become clear that the priority is collecting rent, not supporting the professionals who make the space successful. If you value transparency, consistency, and basic professional respect, I’d strongly reconsider signing here.
