- SSShristi SharmaOct 7, 20251.0I had an appointment for 4:40 pm, but I was running a few minutes late because of traffic. As soon as I left my work at 4:00 pm, I let her know that I would be a few minutes late. I reached there at 4:48 pm, and she told me that she would do my eyebrow shaping and tint after she finished her current client and asked me to wait. I waited for almost 45 minutes, and then she came back to me and told me she would need to cancel the appointment, and I would need to pay the full price for the appointment. I would have been okay if she had cancelled the appointment as soon as I got there, but she asked me to wait for almost 45 minutes and asked me to pay the full price, which is very inhuman. This is very very bad customer service and very poor communication. I will not recommend this place at all!!
