  Stopped in on a whim and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding. I tried the cold plunge and float for the first time, and Jason and the team guided me through everything. I woke up the next day feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend!

  Booked the date night experience at this location and we were truly blown away! The experience from start to finish was exceptional! It included an hour float therapy session, (which I had never done before, but will definitely be doing on repeat going forward) followed by this thoughtfully crafted relaxing date night experience that included an amazing charcuterie board and champagne with a personalized card. All in all, the place was clean, amenities top-tier (loved the vitamin C shower), staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and all the equipment are the best of the best. Was told the red light bed they use is the same medical grade one used at the University of Pennsylvania. Really hard to find this sort of thing in the DFW area, especially at such an affordable price. I never leave reviews but would recommend the Altered States Wellness Colony location to everyone!

  I have been here two times so far and love it! The place has a great vibe going on! It is relaxing and ran with integrity and love. The options for the "spa" rooms are delightful! I strongly suggest at least going by for a tour to visit and see what different rooms they have available to help support a stress-free evening! They even have a "Couples float night with a charcuterie board" option for a date night! Float room(s) Redlight (green, purple...etc.) therapy Brain Tap Compression Infrared Sauna Cold Plunge Check it out! The prices are great as well, not like other competitors. They really thrive on helping others get healthy!

  I experienced my first float recently and I went in because I was stressed, over stimulated, and had anxiety. As soon as I walked into the wellness studio the environment was very relaxing and peaceful. I floated for about an hour and wow I lost track of time, my thoughts eventually settled so I'm glad I stuck it through. I went into a deep relaxed state. After I got out, I felt like I was on a cloud, my mind was clear, and skin felt great from the Epsom salt in the float and Vitamin C showers they have!! I went into deep restorative sleep for 3 nights in a row. I had mental clarity. I was more present and focus on my day to day task and ju jitsu. It was such an experience! I could say MORE but the quality of service was amazing, and they take great care of you.!!

  The most amazing Wellness spa!!! Super cute and welcoming!!! From the minute you walk in, you feel so cared for by the wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. The equipment is also super high tech. The red light bed for one is just one of a kind, and cutting edge, as it is not simply a panel, but delivers full body red light. It additionally delivers blue and green light, which although lesser known, are emerging light therapies, that also have incredible therapeutic benefits for fibromyalgia, migraines and pain and even skin issues! The infrared sauna is very powerful and runs hot, penetrating deep into the tissues, and is still very tolerable, helping you sweat out your toxins. If you're looking for a spot to take your wellness to the next level with the most top notch tech, and that has a staff that truly cares about your wellness, you HAVE to check it out!!!
