  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Desiree and Brazil in Drops!! My results are amazing! Desiree listens and also explains EVERYTHING so you fully understand what to expect. She is professional and just downright sweet. 10 out 10 recommend❣️

  I had a great experience in Brazil N Drop. Edna was fantastic doing Brazilian Wax for me. For sure will use their service because it is affordable price, the place is very clean, all the procedures are transparent. Call Desiree today and check out all the service.

  0 stars. Desiree, the hair dresser and owner, was extremely rude because of that I lost confidence in my appointment with her. Instead of reassuring me, she continued to be patronizing and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone. If you're brave enough to go in ask for pics of her work and put them in Image Search, I bet they are all Google photos of other peoples hard work. I looked at my cut after straightening my hair and it wasn't even, she not only hurt my feelings by making me feel ugly and belittled but also continously pulled on my ear piercing doing a cruddy rushed job. Shifty hair dresser tried to rope me into a contract and did not disclose all her fees openly then tried to blame me for "putting words in her mouth" when she pulled out a calculator, went over the services and quoted cost...when confirming my appointment the day before my visit I asked the receptionist again about cost. She got the stylist on the phone and she tried adding an additional base fee of $350 just for keratin treatment? On thin short hair? Yikes! It's sad because I was willing to spend quite a bit for the right quality and customer service but was never pleased with her attitude or approach. Shady business tactics! Your loss is my gain! You can't treat people like they are garbage when you offer services that are supposed to raise their self confidence. Being hateful to others is a pathetic trait and only reflects poorly on YOU. PS. Check out their Yelp reviews, I'm not the first client who has felt or been treated this way.
