I had recently injured my upper back during a workout and was dealing with a lot of tightness in my shoulder. Shalanda listened carefully as I explained what was going on, and she applied targeted trigger point therapy that made a huge difference. By the end of the session, I had full mobility again. If you’re looking for more than just a relaxing massage and want real therapeutic results, I highly recommend booking with Shalanda. She is incredibly skilled and professional, and the results speak for themselves. The facilities at Spa San Luis are also very clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better.
