Wonderful experience from the time I opened the door to step inside for the very first time. My therapist was excellent and she delivered exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back soon!

At first upon arrival, the front desk girl seemed really inpatient and irritated with us. I understood as we were about 5 minutes late. I was kind of disappointed because I picked this place very carefully and with lots of research for my mom. But at the end, my my mom expressed how very happy she was with the service she didn’t even want to leave! She was so contented that she asked for two glasses of wine! She loved the facial and massage and the products recommended. She said she’d like to come back soon! ☺️ Thank you Natasha for being really patient with us and accommodating. You were kind to someone that was going through a lot and I’m truly grateful to you. Also! Great customer service on your end!

I used a gift card from my husband and went for a Swedish massage and a facial today… to say it was absolutely amazing is not an understatement. From the sweet ladies at the check in desk, to Lea who did my massage and Amy who did my facial, they were all so great! The spa was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. The quiet room is such a great space to wait, they offered drinks, and a neck warmer to go with the robe and sandals. It was an experience I won’t forget and definitely hope to go back!

It was okay. My husband booked me the most expensive I think it was the ultimate massage and facial. I opted to pay $25 for the lunch since I was going to be there for 4 hours. After my massage I was told I was good to go I asked if I was done she told me yes so I went and got dressed confused because it has only been two hours. I went to the front asking to cancel my lunch order since I was finished early they told me no I still have my facial I’m not done so I had to go back and change into a robe and go to my facial. When u finished with that I was all done with my experience so I had my food boxes up to go and it was a single piece of avocado toast got $25 dollars. I thought it would at least come with two pieces of toast. I also didn’t get the chance to enjoy a mimosa when I arrived I had my own coffee I though I would get a break between the massage to eat brunch and drink a mimosa but they had it back to back with me not eating until 1:30 I don’t drink and drive so enjoying one after the facial wasn’t an option. What was supposed to be a relaxing day just felt unorganized and rushed. They also tell you to arrive 15-30 mins early but they don’t open until 9 so you can’t even have that time if you schedule for the first appointment of the day. Won’t be back I for the insane amount of money we spent it was not even close to the best massage experience I’ve had.

Dear Woodhouse Spa Fort Worth Team, My fiancé Quinton and I recently visited your spa this past Friday, and I feel compelled to share just how much this experience meant to us. Simply put, it was the best spa day I have ever had—and I say that as someone who has worked in salons and spas throughout my early twenties. Woodhouse exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Brianna deserves the highest praise. She guided me through booking and all my questions beforehand, and once we arrived, she ensured we felt cared for every step of the way. From the warm welcome, the thoughtful handwritten board with our names, handwritten thank you note, complimentary champagne bottle, to the complimentary champagne (that white cranberry peach mimosa is unforgettable!), we felt like valued guests rather than just clients. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. Our service providers were not only highly skilled but also genuine and kind—you can feel when someone truly loves what they do, and that passion radiated through each interaction. The services themselves were outstanding, leaving us both relaxed and renewed. The attention to detail within your spa speaks volumes. From robes available in all sizes, heated neck wraps, and restrooms stocked with combs and brushes for every hair type, to the thoughtful snacks of chocolates and trail mix—you’ve thought of everything to make relaxation effortless. It is clear your entire space was designed with care, inclusivity, and guest comfort in mind. This visit was particularly meaningful to us. Quinton and I have faced a tough year filled with unexpected challenges—his Achilles rupture, my severe ankle sprain, his pulmonary embolism, and most recently, the heartbreaking loss of his father to brain cancer. Finding a place where we could truly let go, relax, and feel restored together was a gift we both needed more than words can express. For years, we have driven to Dallas for treatments and spa experiences, but this visit confirmed that home is right here at Woodhouse Fort Worth. You’ve earned not just our loyalty, but our gratitude—we will be lifelong customers. And one more note that meant a lot to me personally: the visible diversity and inclusion within your team and space was so refreshing and uplifting. It made the experience feel even more authentic and welcoming. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for creating such a beautiful experience for us. We left feeling lighter, cared for, and truly seen. Woodhouse Fort Worth, you do it right. With sincere appreciation, Jasheia & Quinton
