From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome in a luxurious environment. Their extensive knowledge and attention to detail when it came to color selections were truly impressive. As someone who doesn't typically fit the mold of the "average luxury customer," I often find shopping in high-end stores to be intimidating. However, these ladies transformed my experience and made me feel like a million bucks. They treated me with nothing but kindness and respect, a contrast to my past experiences at other luxury retailers, like Neiman Marcus, where I’ve previously felt like a second-class citizen. It's reassuring to know that I can step into this Chanel store and be treated with dignity and warmth. Hats off to Chanel for having such outstanding representatives for your brand! She was attentive, full of joy and personable. She made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in the door. I just wanted to make sure she gets some recognition for the great job she’s doing!
