Pros: the rooms and the facility is nice and clean. Private bathroom. Good parking lot for clients. Loved my large windows in my suite. THATS IT! Cons: I had a window suite which in the summer time it’s horrible. AC can’t keep the room cold enough if you are hairdresser with a window suite. Being there for 1 year management has been inconsistent. I’ve seen 3-4 managers all in one year and never full time so it hard when you have an issue that needs to get resolved ASAP. My biggest problem with ovation was when I wanted the original station back in the room which was double sided in order to double book. Ovation all of a sudden they didn’t have anymore! So I went out of my way to purchase one of my own and they couldn’t at least pay for the electrical since i don’t own the space and only needed it for a few months. ovation could not provide the original station that was in the room because “the didn’t have anymore” I tried my best to make it work while I had all the cords on the floor. While they were building and installing all stations in their new Preston location (now they have stations but still couldn’t provide one for my room) . The electrical work can’t even handle 2 blow dryers in a “double suite room” which was another issue with them. I tried my best to compromise and work with them but they couldn’t do much for me. So I stayed on top of my renewal because they don’t alert you when your lease is up. And I made sure I didn’t renew my lease with them since they couldn’t provided what was promise with the room. I had to find a new place after a year and will not be referring in of my friends to any of their locations. Thanks ovation for a horrible experience.
