From making impossible schedules work, catering to toddlers (now teenagers), managing chaotic logistics, being my ‘up to the minute’ reminder sevice, and even providing shuttle services to the girls once or twice. I can confidently say that Alex, who is the salon’s Operations Manager, goes above and beyond in every possible way. The welcoming, positive atmosphere you feel from the moment you walk in is a direct reflection of Alex’s leadership, dedication, and care. What truly sets Alex apart is his constant commitment to the salon—even when he’s not physically there. He does so much behind the scenes, always thinking about the team, the clients, and ways to make Greenbriar Salon even better.
