- SSStephanieSep 16, 20211.0Had a vacation planned and made an appointment through one of the hairstylist there. I made it for the day before I left so I could have a nice color and change. When I texted her I arrived at the time and date we agreed on, she said she forgot to write my name down and that she couldn’t accommodate me at all before my trip. Seeing as I had scheduled this in advance for my trip, I was just super bummed. I get having a schedule, but the mistake was 100% on her and she admitted to that. I just wish she would of offered to squeeze me in anyways. First world problems, I know. I don’t want to even use her name because I think she does a great job with hair and just made a mistake, but sometimes you just want somewhere to complain to when things don’t work out how it’s planned.
