  I would like to share a brief and respectful feedback regarding a recent experience at a Chanel boutique. My partner had purchased a skincare set for me as a gift, which included a cosmetic pouch. While I truly appreciated the products, the pouch style did not suit my personal needs. I later noticed another set, at a lower price point, that included the pouch style I prefer and asked whether an exchange of the pouch would be possible. I understand and respect that promotional sets follow specific policies and that individual items cannot be separated. However, I left the store feeling disappointed, not because of the policy itself, but because the interaction felt quite rigid and lacked the warmth and flexibility one usually associates with a luxury experience. As a result, I chose to return the entire purchase, which was unfortunate, as the products themselves were lovely. I am sharing this feedback simply in the hope that future interactions might feel more welcoming and considerate, especially when the purchase involves a thoughtful gift. Thank you for taking the time to read my comments. I remain an admirer of the brand and its quality.

  Gotta say. This specific store has been the best experience I've had in a Chanel store. Will and Zack were absolutely phenomenal. My mom only speaks Spanish and they tried to communicate with her in spanish which I not only appreciate but I'm thankful for. Amazing experience and will certainly go back!

  On Black Friday around 5 PM, I had a very upsetting and unprofessional experience at this Chanel location. I requested a skincare sample for myself—the same product that had been given to my sister earlier before I arrived. Before the female associate I approached could respond, a male associate abruptly inserted himself into the conversation. He spoke to me in a harsh and condescending tone and then blatantly told me to share with my sister instead of assisting me. His behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I made a simple, reasonable request and was met with hostility for no valid reason. After I walked away, I overheard him gossiping about me with another staff member, which was even more unacceptable. This kind of behavior is inappropriate in any store, but especially at Chanel. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. This interaction was rude, dismissive, and handled with zero professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously.

  Sam was amazing!! True professional and very helpful. Tailored the whole experience to what I needed! She made the whole process feel fun and inviting! 10/10 will only shop there.
