- BDBritt DNov 9, 20251.0I went into Kohl’s to return an Amazon package. After returning the package I went into the Sephora to find a few products. Upon entering the store, I noticed that the cashier was constantly watching me. I found one of the products I was looking for, but could not find the other, so I asked for assistance. The cashier had an attitude when asked to assist. I continued to walk around the store, but I did not realize I still had the packing label for my return in my hand and I sat it on the box of the first product that I picked up. The cashier then asked “Are you shopping for someone?” (Constantly watching my movements) I replied no ( basically trying to see why the paper is on top of the box as if I’m trying to steal something) I immediately realized what she was trying to get at…so I explained “I had this paper because I was doing a return. She continued staring at me. I then went to the fragrance section and she walks over and says “oh what is that in your hand?” (Again watching me) at this moment I felt I was being harassed. I started to pay for the items, but then decided to make my purchase online due to the horrible experience…..Also as I started to check out she signed me up for Kohl’s rewards without me agreeing (very sneaky) I definitely will not return to this Sephora and I would advise others to go elsewhere. I do not have to steal. I can afford everything I want and need.

- JFJ FloydSep 9, 20231.0Worst Sephora I've ever been to. There is hardly any inventory. The most basic run of the mill of Sephora products are not even in stock here. Very Very limited product and store is too small. The sales person was very rude too, they acted like they couldn't be bothered and rushed you along. Mind you, I was one of only 3 customers in the whole store, so it's not like they were too busy. Maybe the bad attitude ran off the other customers. Also, where they have put the store inside Khols is crazy. It's right in the middle front, so it's congested and in the way of other shoppers. I love Sephora but I will never spend a dime at this one located inside of Khols. Lousy store.
