She had to tug multiple times to get an edge up. Did strips too large. And I had to tell her it was too hot. It was all extremely painful. After the fact I was extremely red, bleeding, and I had a strawberry/bruise in a very uncomfortable spot. I reached out to management and they told me from the pictures it was normal irritation. They couldn't do anything for me besides make a note. It was not normal. Ive been getting waxed for 4 years and I have never been in that much pain. Now Im getting bad in growns. Not to mention they had the spa music blaring to cover up the fact they were on their perosnal phone instead of helping at the front desk. I will not be going back.
