The receptionists were adorable and so fun and kind. I’m literally booking more things right now just cause. The owner must be a fabulous person to have such an amazing environment. I’ve been longing for a place like this for years. Absolutely recommend with a microphone! lol . Very impressed and satisfied.

Have been coming in for some of the waxing services since October and the quality, professionalism and the overall vibe is consistently very top notch and uber positive! I'm greated with a beautiful, warm smile each and every time I am there. It's super easy to book an appointment by going online or by calling. I've even seen someone walk in and get a treatment without having an appointment! Great customer service for sure!!! The waiting area is peaceful and relaxing. It smells good, too! Sounds funny to say but it's a nice calming, peaceful smell that matches the vibe. Mi'Shonda is really, really nice and personal. She's genuinely a beautiful person! She's also great at her job. She's gentle and she always explains and answers my questions or addresses my concerns. Thank you, Mi'Shonda! I've only had the waxing services so far but the experience and quality of the sessions makes me want to come back and explore the other options like a massage or facial. But, they have so much more to offer than that like eyelash extensions, eyebrow tinting, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, hot stone massage... Even prenatal massage and reflexology! There's really something for everyone... Guys, they have your back, too! Literally with waxing services and acne massage. I know the services go on and I'm sure the quality and professional care is there for all of them. Thank you, The Wax House! See you again, soon!

She was very personable, welcoming, and kept great conversation throughout the appointment, which instantly put me at ease. My eyebrows look fantastic—I couldn’t be happier with the results! A huge plus to my visit was the customer service. I initially called and didn’t get an answer, but they returned my call quickly and were able to see me immediately. That level of care really stood out. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Neeshiar!
