    Wonderful experience with the team over at WGH. From the reception to the consultants, everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

    This place will GLADLY take your money, but will provide no follow-up care and do not care for your well-being. The surgeon they contract is much much better than these folks and more willing to assist. Not sure if this place even knew of my serious post-surgery complication. For context, had a FUT hair transplant at this location - the day that the stitches were removed the wound was reopened. I tried to contact We Grow Hair through an 'emergency' number that was provided to me and did not receive one response back from this group. I eventually got in contact with the surgeon, who was able to rectify the situation (thank you Dr. Davis and his team, y'all are incredible). This was after I took two trips to the ER. After the surgeon and I met and did what we could, I went to the We Grow Hair location to inquire if they even knew about my wound re-opening. At first, she said she did not, then switched stories after expressing my utter disbelief that they were no aware despite me contacting their 'emergency' line. I then inquired for a refund, or partial refund, on my ER bills which she said she would gladly check with her supervisor. Of course, she did not message me back or call yet. I think it's been a month since I asked. Again, this place will GLADLY take your money, but will not provide you any support after treatment. They probably don't even care. Tiffany Thomas was my 'consultant' and Dr. Davis was my surgeon. Surgeon was INCREDIBLE, but I cannot say the same for the consultant.

    Friendly but not good results at all for African American hair. And definitely take more time reading into their “ guaranteed “ procedure policy.
