While the massage therapist was very kind and professional, the massage itself felt more like a back rub than a truly relaxing or therapeutic massage, especially when compared to other spa experiences I’ve had. On top of that, it was difficult to relax due to constant distractions. Other staff members kept coming in and talking to the person giving me the massage, and there were loud conversations just outside the cubicle. The calming music was barely audible, and at one point I could hear someone watching TikToks in the next room. I like this place and have had better visits in the past, but I wouldn’t consider it a true spa-like experience in its current setup.
