At the same time, the company implemented a policy placing effective dates on member sessions included with the subscription, while making it impossible to access the facility and use the sessions that are OWED. This effectively prevents members from redeeming PAID services. This practice appears deceptive and raises serious concerns. As a result, I have reported the matter to my financial institution to dispute the charge and have also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing.

They used to honor membership credits, now there’s a time limitation on for how long the credits are valid on an account. Tightened up the time slot and became very anal about a few minutes of discrepancies if a customer is late. The management is flat out unpleasant.

If you arrive to the studio, the doors will be locked. There's no signage posted! The staff was let go with no notice. If you recently bought a package or a membership, tried to contact the restore corporate studios! The owners are terribly unprofessional!
