However, on 11/22/2025 I went to A's Nails and Spa to get a new acrylic set around 10am. Mind you, this is a place I come to often and all previous experiences have been top tier. The set was okay but 5 hours later I decided I wanted to change the colour and shape a lil and I wasnt against paying if need be. I called and they let me know i might have to pay or i might not depending on what I want to change it to. Once there they sat me w technician "Megan", shes got straight black hair, skinny build and freckles on her face. She proceeds to give me the worst nail experience of my life. The entire reshape, quick clean up and repaint was rushed and done in an rough manner I promise the entire store could tell she was doing it rough, fast and her unpleasant energy was felt by everyone. While cutting my cuticles she cut 6/10 fingers to the point of blood and pain. This pain is not deeply painful but rather incredibly annoying as it last for days until the skin closes. Every time i touch hot water ill be reminded, put hand sanitizer or touch something acidic etc. Clipping my finger once okay, twice maybe accident but 6/10 feels intentional and best of all she did not apologize for cutting after she clearly saw that I was bleeding. The whole thing left me walking out the place in anger. Why is it that you offer to change the nail free of charge but at every step of the service, you leave me feeling unwelcome, like im massively inconveniencing you, cut my 6 times, refuse to apologize or acknowledge that youve cut me. What terrible service. Below are photos of my fingers which you can see are cut and has the powder they put when they cut you. I dont know whats up with Megan but my experiences w others technicians there have been nothing but pleasant.

Mimi, my nail technician, was very personable and gave a good explanation of how she was going to create and match the design I showed her in Pinterest. - NMNesrine MeslemNov 11, 20251.0I called to ask if they do nail polish for children they said yes. I asked how much they said 30 $ dollars. Once there they asked if my daughter wanna do her toe nails . She said no .when it came to paying it was 45, 2 lol. 2 hours later the nail polish is like in the picture. A communication problem, difference in price not good quality products when I was inside the salon the smell of chemicals they were using gave me a headache. Very very disappointing
