- TDTiti Debessay3 days ago1.0I am beyond angry with my experience at A Nails and Spa, and it is entirely because of an employee named Chloe. I came in for a basic eyebrow cleanup. What I left with was destroyed eyebrows. Chloe did not know what she was doing. She ignored what I asked for and removed an excessive amount of hair, leaving my eyebrows visibly uneven and severely over-waxed. Large portions of my eyebrows are now gone. This is not a small mistake or a difference in preference. This is outright incompetence. Eyebrow services require basic training and an understanding of facial balance. Chloe demonstrated neither. The damage is obvious, embarrassing, and will take a long time to fix. I trusted this salon with my face, and that trust was completely violated. A Nails and Spa needs to take responsibility for allowing someone who is clearly unqualified to perform eyebrow services on paying clients. This should never have happened. I strongly warn anyone reading this to avoid eyebrow services here, especially with Chloe

Bro means that am i lying. I felt unwelcome though out the visit.

When I arrived I asked if the woman taking care of my service (Annie) might also have time for an acrylic set for my fingernails. She very kindly agreed. She was friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job on both services. I got a version of a French manicure with a fine gold line, and the lines were done perfectly. Attention to detail and speed don’t often go hand-in-hand, but she delivered both. Big thanks to Annie! I’ll absolutely be returning to see her for services in the future.
