  Hi, I’ve been travelling a lot and this store made my vacation extra special. I was in the airport just looking around to find a gift for my grandma, who I haven’t meet for almost 7 years now. I wanted to give her a special gift, as a welcome present for her arrival here in Canada. Initially, I bought a perfume that my mom and I has been looking for and she was very kind, helpful, and you can see how passionate she is with her job and connecting with customers—especially with me who is a bit indecisive. She gave me good recommendations, perfect for what I need and was looking for. She also made sure that I feel welcomed, and satisfied with my purchases. Kudos to her and her great service! I would love to shop there and visit the store next time! Plus, the products are no doubt top quality. Thank you so much for the great experience, and shout out to Julia for helping me out. She’s lovely! 💗💗💗

  BE WARNED: Sunday, August 14, 2022, I bought three products at the Chanel store at the Canadian Toronto Pearson airport. I told the clerk I was flying to Vancouver, Canada and then to Portland, Oregon. I boarded the plane to the Vancouver airport immediately after my purchase was complete. I never opened my products, not the perfume or the body cream or the lipstick. At the Vancouver airport, we were routed through airport security again. This has something to do with closing part of the airport after 7:00pm. We got there just as they were closing that entry. So, as we went through airport security again, my apple juice and my Chanel merchandise was confiscated by airport security. My Chanel merchandise was supposed to be in a proper bag, which is: a clear, plastic bag with a red line around it and a green square with a check mark. The clerk at the Chanel store was supposed to have put my merchandise in this type of bag and seal it and give it to me. She did not of course. I have not been able to retrieve my purchase from airport security or reimbursement from the Chanel store. In fact, I have not even been able to contact the Chanel store where I made my purchase, the online phone number appears to be bogus. I have made multiple calls to Chanel offices in New York and I have been promised return calls that have not happened for 4 days now. So, my advice to others is: do not purchase items from the Chanel airport stores.
