No talking during the entire cut (which was really just a trim, was in the chair about 25 minutes) paid for a cut and style, stylist asked if I wanted my hair difused with product in (my hair is naturally curly-wavy) or if I wanted it dried and straightened. I opted for the first option. I'm not sure if she just didn't know how to difuse hair, was In a hurry or having a bad day, but I left with the top of my head still very much wet my ends damp and my normally very full bodied hair flat. My hair dried in the car on the way home with more curl than what I left the salon with. She did fine on the cut but I'm baffled on how a stylist would be comfortable sending someone who paid for a cut and a style out the door with still wet hair. This seemed like a nicer salon so I was excited to treat myself to a nice experience and left disappointed and even more anxious about getting my hair done in the future. Despite this I still handed her a $20 because she did me a service, a half done service but a service non the less-I don't believe I will come back.
