- YSYuliya SkarzhinetsApr 24, 20232.0I was a client of Audi Anderson for about 5 years. Never had a problem till she canceled on me twice and then proceeded to ghost me after. She offered a date that worked for her and I agreed to it, however she never booked it and when I reached out a few times throughout the week to confirm she just never replied again. The lack of professionalism of someone who says they are a small business owner and talked about how much her clients meant to her during covid times but now treated her long term client that away just baffles me. Needless to say there are many other talented hairstylists out there who treat their long term clients better and I wasted no time finding someone new.

- ATAmy ThompsonJun 29, 20191.0I'm quite disappointed with this establishment or more specifically a certain stylist who works here. I found her to be unsympathetic to a situation that was out of my control. I am new to the area and was trying to find someone to to do my hair. I scheduled an appointment via text message with a stylist and all seemed fine. On the day of my appointment, about an hour before I was to leave, I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room for an injury. This is a traumatic experience for any parent but especially stressful to a military spouse who is brand new to the area with no friends or family anywhere near them. We rushed out the door and in the midst of the chaos I forgot my phone at home. As soon as my husband was able to meet me at the ER I messaged the stylist apologizing for missing my appointment and explained the reason. Her response to me was this, "unfortunately due to my cancellation policy I do not reschedule appointments." I honestly was shocked by the response. I found it to be heartless. To this stylist: If you happen to see this review, I want you to know that your time is not that important. I will happily spend my 150.00 dollars every 3 months on anyone else! There may be other perfectly nice people who work here but they've lost me! I'll look elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend!
