Uneven & chopped up I’m super upset/mad and disappointed. If you cannot cut hair be honest we are all new I get that but to whack job someone’s hair this bad and not knowing how is what makes me mad. Just be honest if you can’t do it!!!!!! Now my hair is ruined and chopped off and it took me forever to grow it out. Now I have to start over.

The stylist next to her suggested to use scissors. I have used Great Clips for years and this was a first for me. If I do come back and I get her....I will walk out. She even over charged me. I told her the always gives me the senior price and she shrugged her shoulders and I left.

- LLLukeSep 19, 20252.0I have been going to this location for years now and have never really had any issues except this time this past week. I get a very basic men's haircut. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home. The stylist, for the most part was nice, but she either had ADHD times 2 or was on speed. For whatever reason(s) I don't know how many times she walked away from the station. She was very rough handling my head. She kept wanting me to turn my head to one side or the other. If I didn't turn it far enough, she would want me to continue to crank my head to one side or the other. She wanted me to look down and when I did apparently she didn't think I was looking down far enough because she wanted to me to look even farther down. Now mind you, I've been getting haircuts for many, many years, so I'm not stupid. I know when i need to turn my head side to side or up/down. For the most part, she kind of treated me like a little kid that way. She kept dropping things instead of picking them up she would just harshly kick them to the side like out of frustration. It was definitely not the haircut experience that I'm used to at the Sidney location. Despite this poor experience, I will continue to provide my business to this location just based off all the years of positive experience with all the other stylists.
