Over the past few years, I’ve been fortunate enough to have multiple dermaplane facials with Julia. She is a delight and not only does excellent work, but also answers all my questions and gives wonderfully helpful recommendations for all my skincare needs. Absolutely love her and the experience at Woodhouse.

Disappointed again! My friends and I decided to try Woodhouse Spa again after my best friend’s jewelry almost disappeared and was taken after a massage six months ago. She had her jewelry hanging in her robe and one of the attendants grabbed the robe to discard it. It was an accident but the issue was the mediocre reaction from the staff to try to find it. The jury was recovered, but in the end, the experience of the massage was completely ruined. Today, Sunday, December 28, 2025, we decide to go back. My best friend had booked three massages, one for her and one for myself and my husband as we live out of town. we were excited about the day! We walk in and the staff member informs us that my friend’s massage therapist had called out. The staff member asked if she wanted to get a Nail service and or give her credit for points ( whatever that means). My husband and I were still able to get our massages, but my best friend would not have been able to get one. So, we said how about we go ahead and take the next appointment for my best friend and the staff member said no, the therapist who is running late already has an appointment booked at 11 AM. So, you want to lose the business of three massages to just save one massage? Do the math. Do better. In the end, we canceled all three massages. Needless to say, my best friend who lives here in Cleveland will never be back and my husband and I who have been to Woodhouse at least three times with my best friend we will never come again. Disappointed.

I have been going to wood house for the past 4 years and have always had a great experience. My boyfriend booked the message for me and paid the deposit of 70 dollars ahead of time. When I went to checkout, they required a physical card which is inconvenient they couldn’t use the card or file but it was fine, but they charged the full price of the message (did not take into account the deposit). We then came back in with receipts asking for a refund for the deposit and the front desk was incredibly rude. One woman had a horrible attitude telling us we aren’t understanding and was very demeaning. They eventually fixed their error and refunded us but never apologized and acknowledged their error. Not a great way to end a relaxing message. Very disappointed in the attitudes and unprofessionalism from the front desk and will no longer be giving them my service in the future.

This place has wonderful people behind its doors. I always leave feeling refreshed and in a state of deep relaxation. Amber is a phenomenal esthetician and has had my skin glowing postpartum! If you’re looking for a great massage that really gets into deep muscle tension Nikki is an amazing choice. She is effectively attentive to areas of special need and so kind to your preferences. I can’t say enough great things about the atmosphere and overall satisfaction of service here!

I scheduled a pedicure and paid a holding fee of $35. I later realized that looking at the site, most of the holding fees are half of the service cost, so I honestly do not know which pedicure I would have booked given this information. I scheduled it for what I thought was 10:30. Someone called me at 10:06 and I was able to get there around 10:22, and was seated in the pedicure chair at 10:24. Somehow the front desk person knew I had booked a pedicure but the nail tech thought it was a manicure. When I walked in, he told me I could reschedule or I could receive half the service with the amount of time that they had available. I assumed this meant half the cost as well, so I opted to stay instead of rescheduling (because I was 9 months pregnant, and was not sure when I may be able to come back). I told the nail tech when I sat down to just not do any polish and focus on the other parts (removing nail polish and cuticles, massage, etc.) She finished at 10:50, the exact time it was scheduled to end. I felt rushed, which is somewhat understandable. The other issue was that my nails were completely jagged and hardly anything else was done besides a quick massage and trimming them. When I went up to pay, the girl at the desk said that I needed to pay the full amount which was suddenly $87. I was confused because I had already paid $35, and the first guy told me I could have half the service- I figured that didn’t mean paying full price. If I was going to pay that it would have cost me $122, and any tip they would have expected me to leave. I explained the situation, and only after telling her a number of times what was previously said to me did she ask me “do you want me to comp it?” I obviously replied yes. When the updated price came on the screen, it said $60. Previously she said $30. I asked her and magically it was $30 total. So, I ended up paying $65 for a 25 minute pedicure in which I had no polish or assistance getting in and out of my chair (9 months pregnant and all) When I wrote to them to explain, they offered me a free pedicure. I went with my husband and new baby so they could sit and wait for me, and they told us we would be unable to have the baby in the spa. Not even in the entrance. I decided to leave. Don’t be so uppity that you can’t accommodate your customers.
