- JSJennifer SNov 26, 20251.0Was given the wrong address by stylist who wasn't there at 9 am for our appointment. I paid $160 plus tip for color, cut and styled. I had hair dye on my clothes, all over my face and neck which caused an allergic reaction (that's never happened before) and washed completely out of my hair the next day. Will not be back.

This is our second time a stylist no-showed on us at this location. We get text, email, and phone reminders yet stylists evidently don’t. Done with salon lofts/freelance haircuts.
