  I love this place! So relaxing and the front desk staff is always so kind and helpful. I get massages with Jill and she is absolutely amazing!!! I have got plenty of massages and she by far does the best and great working out tension spots. Parking sucks in that area though so arrive plenty early

  Josh is the absolute best massage therapist! And the Woodhouse Spa quiet room is a little slice of heaven! Highly recommend the Grandview Woodhouse location as a part of your self-care routine!

  I recently had a Hydrafacial and a 50-minute deep tissue massage at your spa. The Hydrafacial was fine. However, I was disappointed with the deep tissue massage. At the beginning of the appointment, I was asked about areas of concern, and I specifically requested focused work on my shoulders and upper back. Unfortunately, only about 15 minutes of the session were spent on that area. The remainder of the massage felt more like a light lotion application rather than deep tissue work. I booked and paid for a deep tissue massage with the expectation of more targeted and sustained pressure in the areas I mentioned. This was my first time using Woodhouse Spa and it will be my only time. For something that cost over $400 it was truly a complete letdown!!

  This was by far one of the most overpriced spa experiences I’ve ever had. For what they charge, the service should be absolutely flawless from start to finish, and it was anything but. I did not receive the treatment I booked and paid for. Instead, I was given “upgraded” services that in no way matched what I had originally scheduled. This was done without any communication, explanation, or my consent. An upgrade is not an upgrade if it’s not what you asked for. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect precision, professionalism, and respect for your choices , none of which I experienced. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns, the response and so-called “fair compensation” for my wasted time and money was just as disappointing as the visit itself. It felt dismissive and completely out of touch with the level of service they claim to provide. At these prices, there is no room for this kind of mismanagement. It simply was not worth the money, and I will not be returning.

  I purchased a $250 gift card for my wife to receive a hydrating facial at the Grandview Woodhouse Spa as a special treat, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the facial, the steam machine was not working. Steam is typically a key component of a hydrating facial, both for comfort and for preparing the skin, so this was a significant part of the experience to be missing. Instead, an LED light therapy treatment was used. My wife did not request or pay for LED therapy — she specifically chose a hydrating facial that normally includes steam. She also shared that extractions were performed at the end without the skin being softened with steam, which made the process uncomfortable. The red LED treatment was done before the extractions, which did not provide the same preparation that steam would have. My wife has had multiple facials over the years and said this was the first time she has ever had one without steam. When she mentioned the issue at checkout, she was given a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. I later spoke with a manager, who explained that the LED treatment was considered an equivalent substitute and that the $20 credit was their standard resolution. While they were polite and apologized, this did not feel like an adequate response given the price and the missing core component of the service. For a luxury spa experience at this price point, we expected equipment to be fully functional or for a more meaningful solution to be offered when it was not. Because of this experience, we will most likely not be returning.
