- NRNicole RandolphAug 20, 20251.0My first and last time at this location. I had a 5:00 appointment with Jacqueline. I arrived early for my appointment only to be told that she was running behind and for me to wait. Mind you, I didn’t receive any notification on my phone that my appointment would be delayed. But that’s not the biggest issue here. I’m used to stylists always being late. My problem was Jackie’s attitude. Courtesy and professionalism go a long way. A condescending attitude doesn’t. After I decided to cancel my appointment after waiting for over 30 minutes, with no additional updates, I emailed Jackie as to the reason why I cancelled my appointment. I’m including a screenshot of her response.
