We were told pricing could vary based on product usage, but being charged nearly $300 is excessive and indefensible. At no point during the appointment was there any indication the cost was approaching double the listed price. If a service advertised at $175 can realistically end up near $300, that needs to be explicitly communicated and approved beforehand, not justified after. My daughter likes the result, but the lack of pricing transparency overshadows the quality of the work. Lesson learned. Buyer beware
- SSScottApr 10, 20225.0Clean, great ambience, and safe location in Bridgewater Falls where independent stylists rent space from Salon Lofts to provide services to their clients. The independent spaces are decorated nicely and a refreshing change from noisy, crowded, department store settings. My stylist is great and does a terrific job every time. It's nice knowing I'll get the same quality experience each appointment.
