    Sitting in the salon and the water shuts off! A lot of the stylist have clients that are in the process of getting their hair washed and now they are scrambling to find ways to rinse product out of their clients heads. This is very dangerous and unacceptable!! For starters the temperature outside is below freezing, and to have an appointment to get your hair done and in the mist of getting my hair done the water turns off!! I’m sure the owners take their payments freely each week or month, yet can’t make sure that the water is on at ALL times!! The owners need to make sure things are paid and paid on time! Because this situation can cause for people to get sick and or have some type of chemical damage! Salon Lofts get it together!!

    Cassie Taylor was my hair stylist. She was professional, friendly, all around nice. God knows my hair needed help and she got it done. I’m so happy with the style she gave me. Thank you Cassie. 🤗
